From calculations & emailing of payslips timeously, to the multiple compliance submissionsto SARS (PAYE, UIF, ETI), Dept. of Labour (UIF detail, Workman’s Compensation returns) – done on your behalf. 

If you use Xero or plan to use Xero for your business, we will arrange for the monthtly information to be journaled into the correct accounts, meaning that everything balances in your books. If you don’t use Xero, we offer payroll as a stand-alone service.

Our costing is simple and includes all of the above monthly, bi-annual and annual processes in a monthly fee per employee.

1-5 of employees paid monthly. Cost R450/month (plus R75/month per additional person thereafter).

1-5 employees paid weekly. Cost R650/month (plus R85/month per additional person thereafter).

There is a once-off set up fee equal to the first month’s bill for set up.
